This review will delve into the specifics of the JMT flat and curved triggers. Here is why the Freedom Warehouse prefers JMT for their exceptional value and performance.

Cons:

• Personal Preference: Some shooters might find the flat design uncomfortable, especially if they are used to curved triggers.

• Traditional Feel: Offers a familiar feel, making it easier to transition from standard AR triggers.
• Finger Placement: Natural resting place for the finger, improving trigger control.

• Performance: Delivers a break and reset similar to higher end triggers, ensuring high efficiency at a lower cost.

Cons:

• Ergonomics: May not offer the same level of consistency in finger placement as the flat trigger.
• Aesthetics: Lacks the modern appeal of the flat trigger for some users.

Why I Prefer JMT Over Other Triggers

Performance and Break/Reset:

The JMT triggers offer a nearly identical break and reset to other trigger options like Geissele, Timney, and CMC. This is crucial for maintaining accuracy and control during shooting, and the performance level is impressive given the price difference. I do want to highlight that the reset on the Geissele SD-3G trigger is one of the best I’ve experienced. It's both tactile and smooth, allowing you to distinctly feel the reset push after the shot breaks.

  

Price and Value:

One standout reason I prefer is the exceptional value they provide. While Geissele, Timney, and CMC triggers are undoubtedly high quality, they come at significantly higher price points. JMT triggers deliver comparable performance at a fraction of the cost, proving that price does not dictate effectiveness.

Ease of Use:

JMT's are straightforward to install and use, making them accessible to both novice and experienced shooters. Their simplicity and reliability make them a preferred choice for a wide range of applications.  

Durability:

JMT triggers are made from durable, high quality, precision CNC, EDM machined triggers and housings.

Modern Design and Customization:

The flat trigger design from offers a modern aesthetic that appeals to me. Additionally, the choice between flat and curved designs allows for customization based on personal preference and shooting style.

Conclusion

When comparing James Madison Tactical triggers to their more expensive counterparts the decision becomes clear based on value and performance. JMT triggers provide nearly identical break and reset to the more expensive alternatives, making them an exceptional choice for those seeking high performance without breaking the bank. Their ease of use, durability, and modern design further solidify them as not only my preferred option, but the preferred option of the entire Freedom Warehouse team.
